2020 Grand Design Reflection 150 series 268bh in great new condition! Roof in good condition. Everything works! We have worked out all the little kinks for the next family. We live in it full time and travel, we have decided to sell this fifth wheel as we bought a different grand design layout that better suites our needs - only reason for sale. We will be moving into our new fifth wheel in the next few weeks. If purchased, you can pick up after we have moved out in just a few short weeks.

Changes:

• Washer/dryer hook ups/vent was installed into master bedroom closet by dealership upon purchase. Sliding tray was added by us. (washer/dryer combo not included, we will be taking ours with us).
• Vent covers on all vents, installed by dealership.
• Fan in master bedroom installed by mobile RV technician (matches fan in bathroom).
• Dinette has been removed from slide out. Couch that comes with (in-front  of the bunk beds) was moved to the slide out and half the dinette was converted into an extra sitting space and room for cat box or small dog kennel beneath.
• Black tank was capped by dealership upon purchase (so it has black tank but you don't have to mess with, unless you wish to install a normal RV toilet) and nature’s head composting toilet was installed. (Composting toilet not included, we will be taking with us. Upon discussion we may be willing to install brand new composting toilet for you)
• No mattresses for the bunkbeds.
• Slide topper was installed by dealership on only slide
