This is a very desirable, highly optioned 2020 OT-328BHS that we've used twice.  We purchased it new in late February of 2020, and have only had it out twice.  We are selling due to the economic fallout from C19.  We wish we could keep it as we have finally found an RV that is perfect for us.
This is a great trailer that offers a bath and a half, and a bunk room that can be closed off from the rest of the trailer.  There is plentiful storage, and sleeping capacity for quite a few people.

This trailer has many extra items to enhance your camping experience.  For example, a custom King mattress, a Renogy battery charger (to maintain battery while driving), a custom rear storage rack suitable for cargo and bikes.  The storage rack slides under the trailer when not in use.  Estimated capacity of storage rack is 750-1000# of cargo!  Faucets have been upgraded, TVs have been added to Master bedroom, bunk room, and outside kitchen.  It has 2 A/C units (1-15K, 1-13.5K), all roof vents have covers, Master Bath roof vent changed to a MaxxFan vent with remote control.

Stabilizing jacks are power.  Solar prep.  Exterior speakers built into awning arms.  LED lighting built into awning roller tube.

I will include the Equalizer hitch system and all accessories such as Pots and Pans, Surge Protector, water hoses, wheel chocks, etc.
