2020 ATC Toyhauler - very clean, very low miles, very everything!

We have decided to let our 2020 unit go. Based on our business’ needs, we are going to have ATC build us a custom unit with more garage area. We love this trailer and live in it - FULL TIME - in Houston, successfully and comfortably. 
This unit has ALL of the available factory options such as 7k Onan generator, 36 gallon shared gas tank, gen battery, 2 100aH lithium batteries, 120v inverter, 200 watts solar power and black powder coat trim. 

We had ATC add many more things at the factory. Options include:

• Goodyear G614 235/85-16 tires added (THE best tire, bar none, with Discount Tire warranty certificates. Installed by us - no more Chinese tire bombs)
• Reese Goosebox hitch (20,000#) 
• 3rd 15k AC added
• RV air conditioner silencers (they work)
• Tankless/instant propane water heater (never out of hot water)
• Additional refrigerator cooling fans, greatly increasing the cooling speed and efficiency of the huge Norcold refrigerator 
• 4-5000# D-rings w/backer plates in the floor (2 rear and 2 front) for additional, higher-strength tie-down locations.
• 5000# in-floor winch (bluetooth remote control)
• Airline track on the side walls at mid-height and above all the cabinets - for stowing and retaining things during travel. 
• Extended airline track in the front area of the trailer (three rows)
• Custom-made medicine cabinet w/mirror in the bathroom (flat mirror is standard)
• Roof access ladder 
• Keyless lock entry handle
• 43” bedroom TV (Samsung QLED 4K, added by us, original was 32” Vizio)

To date, there are 5500 miles on it. Thanks to ‘The Covid’, much of our anticipated travels have been postponed or eliminated altogether. Behind our 4.10 geared 2019 F350 4x4 dually, it tows like a dream. The Reese Goosebox hitch makes hitching & disconnecting a breeze (no 5th wheel hitch to remove)

The trailer is washed after every trip. I clean/polish the exterior finish every 3 months and keep it sealed with ceramic wax - whether we have travelled in it or not. The factory decal stripes are removed because, well…they should not be there.
