Each time this RV has been stored after use, a complete 3 step tank wash, nozels inside the black tank that power rinse to help with paper or waste that may stick and odors.  The tank was always drained. Then washed with water and bleach. Rinsed and washed again. No odor issues with this tank.  Well cared for.  Also the undercarriage tanks have heaters on them. All hookups are very easy to reach, not crawling underneath.  Stablizers.

The most unique feature of this Wayfarer is the two twin beds in the back! Perfect for sleeping on the go when you don't want to put a side out, a second living area (they are great sofa's and great for watching one of the 3 smart TV's in bedroom), converts to a king bed!
