Just listed at 59k and reduced price to $58,000. received an offer of $58,000 and accepted but they wanted owner financing. Must sell this rv to buy another.  
I am the second owner of the Thor ACE 30.2 bunkhouse.  Purchased this Class A in January 2020 from Dixie RV located in Florida. This was our first Motorhome.  Based on the situation, we enjoy camping and want to upgrade to a larger Class A.  Only 8,000 miles.  Generator has  200 hours.  This is the lowest priced ACE on the market with the most upgrades.  2 side bunks and 1 over the cab bunk makes this a very family friendly coach.  I owe more than the sales price so price is firm.
