Pre-loved RV  with its fuel injected Ford engine has only 12,400 miles. Runs and drives excellent. Backup and side view cameras as well as J-ride package are included. There are 3 slides and 2 air conditioning units with a dash AC. The kitchen has a 12-cu, 4 door refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, three burner gas range, two compartment solid surface sink with cover and a convection microwave. Countertops throughout the RV are solid surface including the pull-out bar. Dining is in a booth with ample storage below the seats. The bathroom has a shower, tankless water heater and a vanity with storage. The rear bedroom has a king size bed with upgraded mattress and storage below the bed. Reading lamps are recessed and above the bed. An HD TV is recessed in the dressing area of the bedroom. The bedroom has two hanging closets, drawers and overhead storage. In the living area there is a couch that converts to a queen size bed and an overhead bunk. Living room entertainment is provided by a 36-inch Smart TV, and an upgraded sound system. Two captain chairs that swivel provide comfortable seating for driving or just relaxing. Outside living includes an electric awning with LED lights and an entertainment system which includes CD/DVD and LED TV with speakers.
The RV interior is smoke free, very clean and in excellent condition. The exterior storage bins are clean and in good condition. All tanks cleaned and sanitized June 2020. Exterior washed, waxed and buffed to "like new condition". Bus stored in covered storage.  Motor and slide maintenance and resealing completed in June 2020.  Upgraded upholestery and stuffing completed for passenger/driver/sofa seating in June 2020.  New carpet in driving area installed in 2020.  Just in time for late summer and fall camping! Great way to travel!
