This is an awesome camper for a family.  We have loved every minute of our vacations in it.  When you arrive at your campsite it is a 10-minute setup and you are ready to enjoy your vacation.   

This camper has only had one owner.  It was a floor model for the dealership and we purchased it in 2018. Due to unforeseen circumstances we MUST sell it.  It is breaking our hearts but it must go. We are selling this camper by August 6th 2020 and are open to offers.

This RV has been well maintained.  Oil was changes in the RV and generator on a regular schedule.  -Ford Chassis 6.8L V-10 Engine, automatic hydraulic levelers, 2 bunks each with a DVD player, Entertainment center with home theater system, Tuff Coat fiberglass siding, 35 gal gray water, 35 gal waste tank, 60 gal freshwater, electric entry step, electric awning,  refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 3 burner range and oven, 6 gal water heater, porcelain toilet, molded shower, air conditioner, 4.0kw generator, brand-new rear backup camera.
