like new and only used a handful of times. due to job I dont get to use much and would much rather someone else enjoy it. Has been kept inside a fully enclosed storage unit since new. Everything works as it should. Also has outdoor kitchen, front pass through storage, full front queen walk around bed, 2a/c units, super sofa with pull out portion with unopened air mattress for sleeping, bunk house with full size beds, second entry door on opposite side that leads directly into bathroom, pull out dog bowls, under bunk storage, pub style table pole tables instead of traditional dinette, rear grill mount as well with lp connection.
