Very lightly used.  Never showered or did #2 in its bathroom.

Seats 7, sleeps 2. Has full bathroom, stove, fridge and microwave, 2 TVs and DVD player. Seats swivel, has electric awning with wind sensors and back up camera.
Built on a Mercedes 3500 chassis. Lane change warning, brake assist system.
Minor cosmetic scratch on step (though I am a very skilled driver) and one hub cap damaged by tire mechanic.  
Unfortunately spare key fob inoperable (went swimming with it in my pocket) :(  but key works. 
I will consider driving it out to you for no charge within 500 miles after closing.
Will also consider trade for travel trailer in very good condition.
I owe the bank what I am asking for it, so please consider that before making me offers.
