Up for sale is a 1978 GMC Berchaven. 35k obo. 
I’m 99% sure this one has the lowest miles in the country at around an original 12,500 and the generator only has a few hours on it as well. This was purchased new, taken on a trip and then stored in a climate controlled warehouse up until 2008 when my grandfather purchased it. They took it on one cross country trip and then used it for weekend trips to the beach. 
I have had the RV for two years now and start it up to keep it going here and there but have mainly been using it as guest house as I’ve been upgrading it to get it ready for what was supposed to be the most adventurous year for me (2020) only for covid to happen and my priorities have shifted. Sleeps four comfortably, has a shower, toilet and full kitchen.

New professional interior paint with new walnut pergo stain block flooring.
The appliances still had tags on them when my grandfather bought it, stove and oven have never been turned on, still has the cook book from the 70s in the oven. 
Swapped the air bag brackets and put in bigger better beefier brackets and Firestone air bags for more stability. 
All 7 brand new tires (spare too)

New tv and blue ray player. I have put thousands and thousands of dollars into making this motorhome what it it and would really love to see someone or a family actually enjoy it.Feel free to bring your mechanic to check it out. 

Also it’s 23feet which is amazing because you can get into normal camping sites if you don’t want to be in the ingot rv areas
