Brand NEW and in perfect condition! I used this trailer 3 times locally, it's never been towed on the highway. Price includes 5 year transferrable warranty for Paint/Interior protection, and Weight Distribution/sway control system. Includes 42" HD, Smart TV that did not come with it new. Many extras too.see below. 

WHY am I selling?? I purchased this trailer with the intention of towing around the country (after chemo and radiation treatments for breast cancer) and my 2018 Suburban LT isn't quite up to towing it at higher speeds. I thought my vehicle could tow 8000 pounds but since I bought this trailer I found out it's more like 6500 and that puts it at the max and I'm not comfortable towing it. I'm realizing after buying this on a whim that I won't be able to use it like I had intended, so I'll sell it wiht all the goodies I purchased to go along with it.

With that said it's an amazing trailer and I hate to get rid of it! There is a gas fireplace that has a non-heat setting just for ambiance. The big tub/shower is great, and there is a large pantry for storage. It has a large fridge, lots of storage and a big slide. It has power tongue jack and support legs. LED lighting under awning. Bluetooth system for calls/music/tv. 2 speakers outside. Gray, Black, and Galley tanks. Air conditioning works great. HUGE panoramic windows. Bunks are big enough for 2 adults, jackknife couch, and u-shaped dinette, plus queen bedroom! You could literally sleep 8 or more people in here if you max it out. It's very spacious!

I'll include lots of extras:
Portable gas grill, outdoor rug, 4 folding outdoor chairs, levelling system, sewer drain hose (it came with a cheap short one.this is new and much longer), 25' water hose, 50' coax cable line, garbage cans, plastic outdoor table, I'll even include some kitchen utensils!
