Unit is in prime condition. We used several times but did not live nor stay in it for a long time. There is no damage or wear on the camper. This unit is ready to go. 50amp plug with two ac units. I have stuff I am willing to let go with camper so you don't have to purchase items. List provided below. We are trying to upgrade but really want to sell unit before we do so. Willing to entertain reasonable offers please do not low ball. This unite has 3 slides, queen bed. Sleeps 7 but you can sleep 8. Do not ask if i will take less than 23,500 i will not.  This is a great deal.  If your budget is $20,000. This is to much for your budget.  Look at nada,  it's worth it.  Seriously though if you don't have at least 23,500 don't ask.
