It has been a great camper I’m just downsizing.  It’s in great shape.  Canvas is all in great shape. Has a lot more room than most would think and a decent amount of storage space.  AC and heat both work great and also has heated mattresses for the winter.  It only takes 1 person about 30/45 minutes to have fully set up and ready to camp.
