Inside condition and cleanliness is 9.75 out of 10.  Outside is 9 out of 10.  EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY.  We had AC cleaned and serviced as part of a regular service and they resealed the roof for us so it will be good for another 4 or more years.  Resealing the roof is important so this is already done.

IMMACULATE CLEAN UNIT - Don't like other peoples dirt?  Neither do we.  This unit is cleaner than any unit on the market.  My wife keeps it spotless and you have some amazing features in this unit.  Basically, it has almost every option available from the dealer.

We ordered the arctic package for hot and cold climate camping, heated holding tanks, electric tongue jack, two propane tanks, slide out awning, super large regular awning for outdoor living, two power air vents inside that take the heat out of the unit in minutes when setting up.  We also had covers put on the vents.  Comes with spare tire, water purifier system, unused outdoor grill that is brand new.

Oudoor kitchen has never been used.  Only the refrigerator has been utilized.  Inside you find the largest kitchen available in a 25 foot unit.  It is amazing with lots of storeage.

Brand new queen size RV mattress (organic lower profile) used only once before we decided to sell.  We are upgrading to a larger unit only because of grandkids:-)
Dinette Booth will comfortably sit 4 and two small kids can sleep on the fold down mattress or one mid sized teen.

The biggest selling feature is how clean it is.  Additional photos will be uploaded on July 27th as we are having it professionally detailed right now and having the awning cleaned.  Everything works great and we recently had everything inspected when we put some new trim pieces on the unit and had the roof inspected.  Everything is in great shape and they even sealed all the edges on the roof again for us.

We already discounted this lower than any other 2506S in the country so no "Lowball Offers".  If you want clean and well maintained the price is already great so come pick it up.  Clean title.

You can pull this easy with a mid size pick up or mid size SUV as it has a tongue weight of 651 pounds.  Buy private and save $2000 or more as dealers usually enjoy massive mark ups.
