Bought it brand new and is in good condition on the exterior and excellent condition on the inside. Very lightly used.  The outside has some fiberglass fade and decal discoloration from the sun only on the rear and slighly on the front top.  Roof is in great condition.  I keep it covered majority of the time on the side of my house. No issues, runs greats.  I will throw in all the camping equipment I have inside if full offer is recieved.  Outdoor tv and outdoor sink, small refrigerator and gas BBQ hook-up. Aftermarket steering stablizer added.
