SALE PENDING .I have owned this RV for three years. I love it for it has everything I have always wanted in an RV. My wife and I researched for years waiting for the right unit.  We attended nearly every RV show within 150 miles of our Home.  After listening and reading about People and their RV’S, these are some of the features that we were adamant about having in an RV. These items are on this unit.

• Living room slide on opposite side of the Awning to allow full use of the ground below the Awning.
• Large Awning with LED lighting.
• Outside Entertainment Center.
• Large storage spaces. (This unit is one of the last units this size utilizing larger chassis rails)
• Deluxe doors at all storage compartments.
• In motion tracking satellite system
• Dual Air Conditioner Units with adjustable duct system. One unit also acts as a heat pump.
• Solar panel charging system with HVAC mounted solar Panel.
• Full paint exterior with NO decals “Diamond seal” coating added to protect luster of paint.

The interior was just as important.

• Full bath and a half. Extra large tub/shower in full bath. Vacuum flush porcelain toilets!
• Queen bed with plenty of storage in the bedroom.
• Washer and Dryer
• Main TV mounted to be viewed from any point in living room. (on a slant and moveable)
• Fully functional Fire Place. (Electric heating elements and simulated flame)
• Counter top(s) in Kitchen have above average surface space.
• All tops Corian including bathrooms, dining table, end tables and bedroom counters
• Deluxe Captain chairs that swivel to face living room (two extra seats for living room)
• Leather seating.
• And very important to us, sealed burners on the stove. (#1 cause of fires in RVS)
• Kitchen and half bath accessible while traveling.
• Full slide out pantry.

You can’t find a more perfect laid-out unit and the, “Price is Right”. Unit is in like new condition, (2,500 miles). And yes, the unit is still under "full Chassis warranty".(5yrs 60,000 miles) What is my reason for selling? You have probably heard it before. Yes, Health. This unit has been on the Slab almost the entire time I have owned it. My health is still felling me and I feel I have to let her go. I owe approximately $97,000 and can’t negotiate price. Selling at nearly half price! Check out a new one like her then come see mine. 

• 2016 Jeep Wrangler "Sport" 2dr “Trail rated” hard top vehicle is an option to purchase with the RV.  Jeep is in excellent condition with 25,000 miles. Valued at $20,000/24,000. MSRP $34,000. purchased untitled in 2017.
