2017 Grand Design Momentum 398M, great trailer!!  Has three upgraded tv's, 4 battery bank and auxiliary water tank for extended dry camping without having to use the generator much, brand new upgraded tires, happy jack system (4 queen beds in garage, or 2 queen beds and two sofas) with tv in garage for kids with dvd player and seperate sound (upgraded larger/nicer tv than factory, samsung) propane heat furnace with elctric fireplace for additional heat if you're plugged in at a campground so you don't use your propane, nice upgraded samsung tv with dvd player in bedroom with queen bed and brand new upgraded mattress.  Gen has only roughly 100 hours on it, don't need to run it much with large battery bank when dry camping.  30 gallon fuel tank for gen, and 30 gallon toy fuel tank with fuel station.  Upgraded heavy D-rings in rear of garage bolted through frame, underside tail end rollers, 5k winch in front of garage to pull in a broken down sxs (just incase) or for pulling in a full sized car (pull my mazda miata track car to the track with it, works nicely).  Unit has double pane windows for great R value, slide out toppers, and also has the additional rear party deck system with aluminum steps, railings, and roll down screen rear door.  Has 4 person/cushion couch and all 4 recline, and loft, so if you pull over in a rest area to sleep for the night and have a toy in the garage, there's still room for two kids to sleep without taking the toy out which is realy nice.  1100 watt convenction oven microwave, gas three burner stove, TONS of kitchen space and storage.  Main area tv was not only upgraded, but I put it on a true pivoting full motion mount so it can be angled to the couch very nicely.  Let me know if you have questions, thanks!
