This toyhauler is all set up for a family and in great condition! This is our favorite layout because of the L-shaped couch in the living room, generous bathroom size and expanded kitchen space (accessible even when slides closed). Hubby is 6'4 and easily able to use the shower and stand upright in the master. We bought from an elderly couple who had never towed it anywhere so it is in exceptional shape with low towing mileage. 
We have done a number of upgrades & customizations, including:
- New hydraulic hoses & 80Amp Lippert breaker
- New G rated Sailun tires- Carpeted garage area (can be removed if preferred)
-Increased Kitchen counter space & storage (replaced love seat which can be reinstalled if preferred)
-Dual Monitor Standing Desk in Master (can be easily removed)
- Storage system in garage
- Memory foam mattress in master
-Memory foam mattress on top bunk in garage
- Custom railings on top bunk in garage
