2014 Gulf Breeze 30DBS.  Used 8 times (1-2 times per summer).  This camper has been stored inside when not used.  Inside storage has kept this unit in new condition.  There is no sun fading, there is no sign of use.  All appliances work fine, A/C works fine.  We bought this camper new, we just used this very little.  I will include the heavy duty hitch and torsion system, portable external waste tank and hoses, all adapters for electric and water, adapter for blowing out water lines, I have plastic blocking for the leveling jacks all included.
