Description

Up for sale is a 2004 45' Monaco Signature Commander with the 500HP Detroit 60 engine, allision 4000 transmission and an absolute ton of upgrades.  This coach still has its original paint, so there are some small defects in paint that occur with age, but nothing of concern!  Upgrades include a Trav'ler HD automatic satellite dish, dishwasher, garbage disposal, residential refrigerator, new washer / dryer combo, tile from front to back and I am sure things I cannot remember at the moment.  All is in perfect working condition with things such as a new burner assembly for the Aqua-Hot, Nuvo water softener, 6 month old Splendide WD2100XC, Samsung smart TV's front and rear, upgraded Bose sound system, Bluetooth audio systems and the list just keeps going.  This coach has been meticulously maintained with new filters and oils absolutely everywhere, new steering rims and tires and get this, I have the older rims and tires for spares as the tires are still in good condition, just wanted new on the steering axle.  Where else will you find ANY coach that has a spare tire??? This one has two!  Let me know any questions and additional pics you might want.  I have more than what is in the listing and the coach is 20 minutes away from me, so getting whatever is not hard.  Oh. I also have the full diagnostic computer for the engine.  I had a check engine light that was coming on and off a year ago and any service center wanted between 3 and 5K to diagnose and repair.  This gem told me the exact issue!  It turned out to be the air inlet temp sensor for the engine.  I bought a new one, replaced it in 5 minutes and all is well!  Some other tidbits.  This coach does have the Eaton Vorad system and it is fully functional.  All the slide awnings where replaced about 1.5 years ago.  The slide awnings have the original fabric, but since they rarely get used, they are still good.  BTW, NADA values this coach at 118K without any of the upgrades.

UPDATE!!  I had taken the bra off the nose to show a prospective buyer and discovered I had some paint damage from the bra.  Frustrating to say the least.  So I took it to a body shop, they repaired all the little screw holes from the clips used to hold the bra on, sanded it all down and she has a brand new chin!  I still have to get the mirrors back on, but now, brand new paint on the front!
