We just purchased it three months ago and have only used it three times for a total of six nights. We love this pop-up! It is easy to tow, very roomy, and is great for camping. It comes with its own shower and toilet so you don't have to use the public campground facilities. Yet, it is small enough to get into the best campgrounds around. You can open all the screens when the weather is nice, but with the AC and Heat, you can also camp when it is hot and cold out. We hate to part with it, but our loss is your gain.
