This has been our family trailer for only 3 years. Full warranty until February 2023 included! We've loved the bunkhouse floorplan but have outgrown it. It has tons of upgrades including 2 AGM Blue Top batteries, built in switch/600w inverter wired to outlets for always on outlet power, solid entry steps, power stabilizer jacks, memory foam queen mattress, outdoor kitchen, equalizer hitch included, towel racks installed throughout, blackout shades in bunkroom for kids, BBQ that attaches to trailer propane, hitch carrier, hard start capacitors on AC units (I'll also provide spare capacitors and hard start kits), two AC units (15k btu in front, 13.5k in bunk).  We just camped in 120 degree heat and the trailer keeps you cool. Will provide 4 20lb propane tanks (unit has an auto switch and tank monitoring system. It has a wireless camera on the back for towing, we will include the screen unit. I have a cover to go with it with a few holes and will include a brand new cover. The trailer has tons of storage including under the queen bed, overhead, in bunk room, under the dinette, etc.  Great awning with LED lights built in.
