1 owner,  3 slides,  sleeps 10, extended warranty, kitchen island, walk-in shower,  outdoor kitchen,  comes with additional sway bar for towing. We no longer need.  Used very seldom.  Everything works. Fridge inside and outside. Lots of storage.  Kitchen has nice big pantry, back bunk area has space for tv and extra cabinet space on both.  Master bedroom has 2nd a/c unit, includes mounted tv,  storage space above and below bed. Trailer has built in stereo system (Bluetooth). Slide outs can be operated by remote control as well as with the main switches. 

 We do have a lien on it but with payoff bank will send directly to new owner.  I can provide  payoff amount and  if paying cash you will send money directly to them so there will be no issues with title.  If you are financing they can send title to your bank as well just as we would buying a car.  I have everything ready to make that happen and will work with both banks to ensure a smooth transaction.
