RV is in beautiful condition - recently renovated with new flooring and new upholstery on benches/ chairs. Newer comfortable futon couch. New tires in excellent shape. Everything is working. Overall, this RV is in good working condition with a few exterior blemishes. We have a family of 6 who sleep comfortably with all of the fold outs into different bedding configurations. Most listings say sleeps 8, but that would be very tight. Technically you could do it, but realistically 6 is truer.Mileage= 41,500 with regular service professionally performed. The layout of this model is exceptional in the storage solutions and ability to fit comfortably. We also added a memory foam queen matress that provides a wonderful night sleep. New front brakes. Well cared for!
