MAIN FEATURES:

Clean CARFAX, no issues, no accidents, no damage! Current, clear Texas title & registration.

Coachmen Santara 360 MBS, with Tag-Axle, 1-slide-out, VIN # 3FCMF53G8VJA01781 with original (documented) just under 9,300 miles 

Chassis / Engine: Ford F53, 460 (7.5, l) V8, stock data: 245 HP @ 4000 RPM - 400 ft/lbs @ 2200 RPM , with newly installed (in mid 2019) Original BANKS POWER  (all stainless) Power Pack Bundle kit, BANKS publishes now 330 HP @ 4000 RPM - 519 ft/lbs @ 2200 RPM.

The engine runs very quiet & powerful. The transmission shifts smooth, the drivetrain is in excellent condition…. no wonder after only 9,300 miles on it, with many wear-parts replaced.

PRICING:NADA Guide lists the base model, without any options: Low Retail for $12,570 and Average Retail for $15,150.

I have a total of $19,691 invested in the unit and parts only (= hardware cost all with receipts), not counting the many-hundreds hours of installation time. If it sells for $12,999,-  I will additionally throw-in a set of hand-tools and special tools, worth another $1,347 (see cost sheets, last pages)

The unit is stored in an RV storage place in Central Texas, under roof, protected from sun and weather.

GENERAL STATEMENT AND INFORMATION:
I’m a German Engineer, and I was consulting for a U.S. firm in Texas in 2019. Given the current situation with Covid 19, it is uncertain if- and when the project will go ahead, and when I will be able to return; that’s why the unit is for sale now. Because of international travel restrictions, the sale is being handled by my local friend and representative in Sweetwater, TX, who has the title, keys, etc.
