The perfect size RV for a couple, although you can squeeze a couple of kids in too by turning the dining area into a bed. You can literally park this thing anywhere! Also it only weighs 2,860 lbs and can be pulled with an SUV. Everything is very well organized. Exceptionally nice condition. Never smoked in and still smells new. Everything works properly. A/C blows ice cold. No water leaks, ever. Tires are in excellent condition. Battery replaced on 02/06/2020 with SLI24MAGMDC Duracell Ultra Platinum AGM from Batteries Plus. I'll give you the receipt as it is under warranty. The inside and outside of this RV are in excellent condition. There is one tiny exterior ding on the front left about the size of a dime. Otherwise it looks great. All glass is in perfect condition, no chips or cracks. It comes with an overhead A/C unit that also has a heat strip, plus it has a gas heater. It has a shower/toilet combo and there is an opening so that you can use the shower outside. The Dometic refrigerator is a combination gas/electric. There are two propane tanks. And the TV in this thing gets LOTS of channels from the round antennae thing on top. I was amazed at how many channels it was getting when we were out camping. I know you're really not out there to watch tv but what if it's raining?? 
My wife and I bought it last year and only used it a couple of times. Everything is great with the RV but we are looking at buying a lake house and something has to go.
