This GRAND DESIGN MOMENTUM 399TH Toy Hauler Is beautiful. With full Body Paint, it creates a beautiful image just to look at. Upgraded axels to 8000lb.  The coach has all the amenities offered by Grand Design in a Momentum as well as a brand new memory foam custom-made mattress. It has 3 large AC units,  2 brand new swivel/rocker/recliners, re-painted table and re-upholstered chairs. The kitchen boasts a large 18cuft refrigerator, large pantry.  In the 12'4" garage, there is a bench seating area with table. Power bunks in the garage are great for extra sleeping. This toy box is immaculate and ready for your toys to go out for loads of family fun in comfort. A half bath in the garage is very convenient. A 5500 watt Onan generator provides plenty of power when boondocking. It has 2 new tires and 4  2016 tires in very good condition. It tows like a dream behind my Ram 3500 Cummins diesel dually. It weighs about 16000lbs empty with a Max Gross of 20000lbs. The roof has been cleaned and inspected for any sign of problems and the AC units were cleaned and inspected also. The coach has been detailed to the enth degree. The built in vacuum has failed but will be replaced if the new owner wants it. We use a small household vac. With the 'One Control' system you can control most of the systems with your smart phone; power slides, lighting, awning, water pump, water heater, generator, water tank heater, and leveling. VERY handy feature! This coach is loaded with many options available. It is a fantastic fun toy hauler. The reason we are selling it is health reasons have caused a change in our rv'ing plans.

NADA has this coach listed at high retail of $104,300.00 and low retail $86,500.00. I feel the asking price is more than fair.
