Gorgeous and loaded 37' long Thor Class A with only 10,500 miles.  JD Powers Average Retail Value $90,860 (see valuation and options at https://www.nadaguides.com/RVs/2016/Thor-Motor-Coach/M-35C-Ford/6546092/Values).  Priced well below Low Retail at $69,950.  We haven't traveled much since my wife came down with cancer, so the motorhome is available.  Outside, this beauty has a large power awning that covers the entry door and the outside entertainment area with a 32" television.  On the other side of the RV is the outside shower to cool down or rinse off after the day's activities.  There are 2 slide-outs, one for the bedroom and one for the dining area/theater seating.  The bedroom has plenty of amenities including a comfortable queen size bed, stereo controls, storage for clothing, a half bath, a stacked washer and dryer and another 32" television.  The bigger bath and roomy shower with its glass shower doors are between the bedroom and the entertainment area.  The entertainment area has posh theater seats for watching the 40" television.  The wonderful kitchen has deluxe cabinets, Corian countertops and a residential refrigerator--with ice maker--along with a combination microwave/range hood over the 21" range and oven.  The dinette will seat 4 comfortably on well-padded cushions.  And, the dinette converts to 46"x77" bed for 1 or 2 people.  More sleeping space is offered by the 54"x74" loft over the driver/passenger seats.  The loft will sleep up to 3 children or 2 adults.  This RV will get you where you want to go with its powerful Ford V10 engine, putting out 320hp and 460lb-ft of torque.  Once you arrive, back into your parking spot, but keep your eye out for obstacles behind you with the rear camera.  Then, you can plug in the 50-amp power service or start the 5.5Kw generator.  Leveling the unit is done with the automatic leveling system.  Simply push the button and have the system level the vehicle by itself.  You'll stay comfortable using the twin 13,500 BTU air conditioners or the 35,000BTU heater.  This motorhome is non-smoking and pet free.  With abundant storage, both inside and outside under the deck, it will give you everything you need to tour the country in comfort and splendor.
