i bought this toy hauler from the original ownwer who had used it three times The first owner bought into a hunt camp in Florida and he installed this RV there with a septic system, shore ppwer and water from  day one ( so the tanks have not been used) . He bought into the hunt camp because  he thought his daughter would enjoy the hunt camp - but she did not. He decided to sell and I bought his stake in the camp and received this RV with it. It has ben serviced recently  - it is in excellent condition and has a 4KW Onan generator, with 7 hours on it, that powers the whole thing. It also comes with the anti sway bar system for smooth towing. It has a kitchen that has never been used except for micro wave and it has beds in rear that are on a elecric pulley system so they can be raised and lowered as needed.  The two couches in the center of the RV fold down into large beds.

It also has a TV in the salon and a TV in themaster , a stero system and LED lighting in the awning area and the rear. It has a center island with a sink and two folding tables left and right of the sink - adds to the area to prepare food on. It ahs a new New Interstate Deep Cycle Battery and it has a Power Jack. 
I have used it 4 times since I bought it (the Covid pandemic has made it difficult fior me to travel to the camp from Georgia) but I have found it to be terrific abd very comfortable - but I learned I do not need the toy hauler capability because I am not using it to haul my toys around. 

It is currently  Located in South Florida and I have a clean title to it. I can possibly be flexible on helping deliver it, and /or makimg  it available to be seen in person. JUst send me a note and we can work something out . I had this listed once before and sold it , but the person buying it failed to obtain financing -so I am lisiitng it again.  If you are not paying cash or by certified bank check - please make sure you can get financing - that will make it a lot easier and faster for all.
