We bought this rv new in September, 2008. It has always been garaged, no pets and non-smokers. It is in perfect condition with only 13k miles but it needs a new home where the new owner will actually use it. As you can tell by the miles, we work all the time and have not taken the time to actually enjoy it like we need to.
