Coach Lift professionally installed handicap chairlift, with removable chair and swing arm. Perfect for those who have trouble getting in and out of the coach but don't want modifications to the coach itself (no cutting or changing of the layout). Great Floor plan. Excellent Condition inside and out. Lived most of it's life in Arizona.  Has been well maintained, recently serviced (both generator and engine), computer updated at Caterpillar in Phoenix. As we travelled with our 96 year old Grandpa we made sure the coach was in perfect shape for travelling with no issues, getting stuck on the side of the road was not an option, so anything that could have given us trouble was fixed or replaced in advance of our travels. Full body paint is in great shape and has been washed and waxed regularly (long lasting acrylic wax applied last month).  New tires on front, rears have a couple more years on them. Comes with tire covers and brand new Snap on windshield sunshade. New slide toppers, headlights, upgraded flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room.  Roof well maintained and resealed 6 months ago, no leaks. No leaks in tanks or engine/transmission. Safety inspection done from nose to rear by an RV mechanic.  Jacks serviced last month.  Comes with all past maintenance records. Newmar is well known for their build quality and you'll notice the difference (She's built like a tank)! After much research, we bought this coach last year to take our 96 year old Grandpa his bucket list trip around the US. Unfortunately Grandpa's health won't allow for any more trips and so we are downsizing.
