This is fantastic family RV, which sleeps 10 and has five slides.  We  have owned it since September and are only selling because of our move to Alaska (border is closed) and we would rather not store it.  It has a dinette (which converts to a bed and has storage in the seats), a tri-fold sofa (which also converts to a bed), and theater seating in the main area.  The kitchen has built in microwave, three-burner gas stove, and a full-sized residential refrigerator.  The master bedroom has a queen bed with under bed storage, and a large closet ready for a washer/dryer.  The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with seating.  The bunkhouse has double slides.  On one side is a bunk bed with storage shelving beneath.  The other side has a couch with USB ports which converts to a full bed and a bunkbed over the top.  There is also a half-bath in the bunkhouse with a door that leads outside.  There is a ton of storage in the bunkhouse on the wall between either side.  The RV comes equipped with a King Wifi extender and a central vaccuum system.  There are two air conditioners.  Additionally, there is a fantastic fan with rain sensor, 6 point auto-level system, and Mor-Ryde steps leading into the RV.  This RV has been parked in an RV park so there is little wear on the tires. It has a black tank flushing system installed and will come with two 30 lb. propane tanks and an extra 20 lb. tank if wanted. The RV was equipped with one TV, but we have added two more TV's which will stay. The RV will come with about $500 worth of extras including double sewer hoses and hose supports, supply water hose, flush-out hose, water regulator, tire covers, and a surge protector. We paid $54000 in September (not including tax) and are trying to get our payoff.  There is very little room to move on the price, but if we get a full-priced offer, we will leave our two electric bikes, which are worth $1000 apiece.  It's been a great RV, but we can't take it with us.  If you are wanting a fantastic and spacious RV, this is a wonderful choice.
