Looking to off load this beauty. Used for last two seasons. Well kept. Have two really small children and it’s way more work than we signed up for.

Used bunk house for bedroom for two kids and not dinet so that’s in never used condition. 

Power jacks and can be controlled by remote control (comes with rig). Bluetooth speaker with outdoor sound set up. 

Super sweet blue under carriage lighting for night time. Central battery power switch installed. 

Outdoor kitchen includes grill that is stored at the back of rig.

Non-smokers. We have a dog but he was well kept and no scratches etc.

Kick plate on screen door needs to be replaced as well as the outside door stay kick stand (outside) (broke this weekend) but parts ordered. 

Winterized professionally each year. no issues with critters during off season.
