This Keystone Cougar Half -ton travel trailer is a 20th year anniversary edition that includes a polar package with a heated and enclosed underbelly for four season use. It is 37 feet 5 inches in length with arched 84” ceiling height and has 50 amp service. Dry weight is 8,563 lbs. Additionally, there are two large power awnings and an outside kitchen. There are three slides, one in the separate bunk room and two opposing slides in the main living/kitchen area which provides extra space. The trailer will sleep up to 11. Some of the features include: a cargo rack (not on unit), a 50” television, am/fm radio with cd/dvd, Wi-Fi prep, electric fireplace, a 6-gallon rapid recovery gas/electric water heater, 8 cu ft. propane/electric refrigerator, .9 cu ft. microwave, 21” range with oven, 15,000 BTU ducted A/C, 35K BTU ducted furnace, 12V heat pads on the holding tanks, dual 30lb. LP tanks, wired for a backup camera, electric hitch and a one touch auto leveling system. The bunk room has three permanent bunks that have not been slept in and a couch that makes into a bed. The bunk room and the bedroom are both wired for televisions. The bedroom has a king size bed and has a doorway directly into the bathroom. Added features include: a second A/C unit in the bedroom, a second battery, a 15,000 lb. hitch and sway bar, and two Honda generators. One generator is a 2200 and the second is a 2200 companion. The generators are in a set of locking generator boxes and have auto cutoff remote controls. The generators use siphon feed gas cans for extended operation. The original tires were replaced with new 10 ply and there is a transferrable extended warranty that expires in 2025.
