Excellent coach - big enough to stay in, small enough to fit nearly anywhere.  Set up to boondock with 10 solar panels and inverter!

Low miles - well kept RV with lots of extras - steering stabilizer, stabilizer bars, and track bar.

Aluminum Alcoa wheels and good tires.

Drives very nice at highway speeds towing a Jeep.  Handles wind much better than stock coach. I can cruise on interstate at 75mph towing my jeep wrangler with ease with one hand on the steering wheel.  Has ford V10 which provides plenty of power.  

Has dinette table and plenty of storage.  Oven, convex microwave, overhead bunk, can sleep 6.  3 Tvs (1 outside)  full awning.
