In excellent shape, NO SMOKING,  this Jayco Pinnacle 36FBTS is road ready! This model features a second half bath, fireplace, residential refrigerator, 2 televisions, convection microwave, NEW tires in 2019, NEW washer dryer combo installed, new king mattress replaced in 2019, new roof 2019 professionally installed (this was a voluntary choice. A branch had gone through the upper shell of the roof in the middle of winter, there was absolutely no water damage but we didn’t want a patch) Mor-Ryde stairs. Included is new Elements cover to fit this 5th wheel, never removed from box. (see bad photo:}
We bought this in 2018 and it served it’s purpose to escape cold Michigan winters. Not a single sacrifice living in this beautiful RV!
