Price just dropped! Beautiful 2014 Cedar Creek in excellent condition. We purchased new fully loaded. See window sticker for list of equipment. Not on the list are a washer and dryer along with an air ride hitch. We also added an onboard whole whose surge protector and a backup camera, aka the marriage saver. Roof conditioned annually and stored under a cover. Due to medical conditions we can no longer camp and sadly are selling the camper. It’s ready to camp, just add food and clothes. We are selling it fully equipped. As you can see pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, portable ice maker, dishes, silverware, bath towels, etc.  See photos. Not in the photos are 2 sets of bedding. Sheets, blankets, down comforters, and duvets. Also included are sewer hoses, sewer hose support, fresh water hoses, black tank flush hose and water pressure regulator. If you don’t have an on site sewer hookup, not to worry. We’re including  a 35 gallon tote tank and a sewer macerator pump with all the fittings. Also there is a cover for the RV as well.

When you set up camp we have your campsite covered as well. There is an outdoor rug, camp chairs, end tables, and even a small propane campfire if you can’t have a wood fire. Did I mention there is a receiver hitch mounted bike rack as well?

Without the camper we no longer have a need for our 2011 Ford F350 Diesel. It is a King Ranch with 105,000 miles and fully loaded. It has a 18K Reese Elite hitch that works with the factory puck system. We added a Retrax aluminum locking bed cover. We will sell the truck separately or with the camper. The truck is NOT included in the price shown. No excuse for not being able to go now!
