I am the second owner. I purchased the Phaeton in Texas with approx. 8,000 miles. The first owner told me that it was always stored inside. Other than a few weeks I have also kept the RV stored in doors. Since I purchased the RV it has split its time between Ft Worth Texas for the winter/spring and Pittsburgh, PA for the summer/fall. The RV is in excellent condition and ready to tour.

The Michelin tires were manufactured in the 36th week of 2015. (August 31 to September 6) I installed them in either November or December of 2015. They have approximately 20,000 miles on them.

The generator has 1,033 hours on it.

The batteries were in the unit when I purchased it and I cannot speak to their age however I have kept them on trickle charge when not in use and I keep the cells full with distilled water. I have not had any problems with them.

There are no defects in the coach and it was not smoked in.

I do annual PM (preventive maintenance) at Cleveland Bros. a caterpillar dealer in New Stanton, PA. I change engine and generator oil and filters annually. The fuel filter was changed in December and has approximately 2,500 miles on it. The unit was PA state and safety inspected week 4 of June 2020. I also had the belts and hoses checked.

I have all of the maintenance records since I have owned the motorhome.

The front TV has been upgraded to a flat screen and the cabinetry updated to fit. The rear TV is still the original but works fine. I had a new Winegard Slimline satellite dish installed for Direct TV as well as a new digital TV antenna.

There is a 2 year old Splendide washer/dryer combo installed.
