I bought this Outback new in June 2017 and have taken very good care of it. We kept the trailer on a private lot in Washington primarily as a place to stay while visiting family. It was kept covered while not in use, and has very few traveling miles on it. The trailer includes: electric hitch jack, electric front and rear stabilizers, outdoor 2 burner cook stove and small sink, two large slide outs in living room kitchen area, one slide out in bedroom closet, electric 18 foot awning, am/fm/stereo/cd with surround sound, flat screen tv, electric fireplace with different settings, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer and stainless steel microwave, shower stall with glass doors and skylight, walk thru bathroom, spare tire, one 13,500 unit air conditioner, can run on 30 or 50 amp, day and night blinds, LED lights on awning, and much more.
I will include all tank and electrical hoses/hookups, anti-sway bar, hitch distribution system, blocks, chocks, everything needed to head out camping except the hitch. I pull it with a 2017 Nissan Titan XD and it's an extremely easy trailer to tow. Delivery would certainly be an option if needed. This really is a very nice vehicle. The length is 29' plus hitch, so total length is 35'.
