This RV is great for the whole family!
The Ford V10 engine will take you anywhere you want! You will feel like you are driving a van!  The vehicle is 31 feet long and has a slideout spanning the kitchen and living area. You will find that there is plenty of room for everyone. In the back of the vehicle is the master bedroom with a queen mattress topped with memory foam, TV, and a radio with indoor and outdoor speaker capabilities. In the bathroom there is a glass-enclosed shower with removable shower head, towel racks, storage, medicine cabinet, and vanity.  Along the hallway you will find 2 bunk beds, this makes a cozy spot for the kids. The kitchen and living space is comfortable without the slide extended but becomes roomy when it is extended. There is a table with seating for 4 (this area can fold down into a double bed). The futon doubles as a couch and folds out to make another double bed. The kitchen is ready to cook family meals with a dual sink, 3 burner stove, microwave and oven. There is a fridge with separate freezer which will automaticlly operate on gas or electric.  In the front there is overhead space that is also a queen sized bed.There are six (6) beds in the RV:

The RV is fully loaded with central air, self leveling jacks, grey/black tank heaters, rear and side view cameras, and remote operation for many set up/take down functions.  We replaced the generator in August, 2020 and the AC was replaced in 2019.  It could not be easier to use.  Outside you will find an electric awning, an outdoor shower, and plenty of storage space. The RV has a receiver hitch for towing.
