This Lance 1575 Travel Trailer is like new, well maintained, and ready for you. With a single owner, only 135 miles, and having been winterized and stored inside, everything is still fresh off the factory floor for you to enjoy. We added the solar package, sway bar towing, and a back up camera which are all included for you on top of the other standard features. The queen bed sleeps two comfortably, and the dinette converts into a sleeping spot for two more. Featuring a full kitchen, 5 cubic foot fridge, 3 burner range and oven, microwave oven, and more, you could explore confidently knowing you are prepared for long trips. Furnace heat at 18,000 BTU and A/C of 9,000 BTU allows for year-round comfort. As one of the lightest travel trailers, we were able to tow with our Toyota Highlander without issues even up through Utah's canyons. Priced to move. We pulled it out of the storage unit for a spring inspection on June 8th. 
Spring Inspection: "TECH TESTED THE APPLIANCES, ALL APPLIANCES ARE WORKING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. ROOF LOOKS GOOD, FRESH WATER SYSTEM IS GOOD & 12 VOLT SYSTEM IS GOOD. TRAILER IS IN GREAT SHAPE & EVERYTHING FUNCTIONS PROPERLY."
We are also including the trailer/tire covers, secondary items including leveling blocks, wheel chocks, hoses, and water pressure regulator. 
Set up to be the best and easiest intro to trailers you could have. The tires are the originals and, although kept in storage and low mileage, should give you some good use for a while yet. Please flush the winterized water system before use to clear from being winterized.

The shade on the front window above the Queen bed has issues going up and down.
