2017 Forest River Sierra 381RBOK Bunkhouse model
This is a one owner fifth wheel. we are selling because we no longer need the extra room for the kids, its just me and the wife. If you have kids this is the trailer for you! it has a seperate room with 3 bunks and plenty of closet and drawer space, numerous shelves and tv mounted under one of the bunks and a full bathroom in the rear of the trailer behind the bunk house room. there are 5 slides that give you and your guests plenty of room. it comes with a residential refrigerator w/icemaker, residential microwave ventahood, 3 burner stove with oven. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs and a couch that folds out into a double bed for extra sleeping capacity. the master bedroom has a queen size bed with storage underneath. a large closet with washer and dryer hook ups. there is a built in dresser with 6 drawers and tv mounted above. the master bath features a full size three glass sliding door, with ample cabinet space.  
The exterior features a large 16' awning with led lighting and dual outdoor speakers. there is a large underbelly pass thru storage. for all of your camping needs. there is another large storage under the fifth wheel and dual 30 lbs propane tanks. it has an outdoor kitchen area with a refrigerator sink and microwave along with 3 large cabinets for plenty of storage. there is a receiver hitch on the back bumper to haul your larger items like ice chests or even a  generator for dry camping. the trailer holds 60 gallons of fresh water and has a 12 volt pump onboard for use when not hooked up to city water. it has 3 grey tanks and 2 black tanks, giving you plenty of waste storage when full hook ups are not available. the trailer has a 6 point hydraulic leveling system with auto leveling to ease you set up. the control box it located in the front driverside compartment where the two batteries are located. it has 50amp electric service. also on the driverside there is a large compartment where all utilities are hooked up, master bath sewer dump controls satelite and cable hook ups, water hook ups, and flush connections for both black tanks. i have installed the JT strong arm stabilizing system to help eliminate any shake inthe trailer when set up. i have various other accessories that go with the sale of the trailer, sewer hoses, shade that attaches to the awning. orange leveling blocks, king pin stand, etc.
