This luxury coach is unique, the original owner had this custom built with a custom entertainment and work area instead of an additional sofa or chairs. This coach is designed for working on the road if you so desire. I am only the second owner and purchased it in August of 2015 from the original owner. The in-service date is August 2007. This coach has always been stored inside, never lived in for extended periods and never smoked in nor any pets. It has the optional 400 h.p. cummins ISL motor vs. the standard 360 h.p. I have a clear title, Colorado, with no lein. We recently relocated to Colorado and are selling this coach so we can purchase a cabin in the mountains, can't have both.
This coach has been meticulously maintained, I have complete maintenance records from 2015 to present and most of the records from the original owner. The tires were replaced 04/2014 and have about 20K miles on them and are in excellent condition. The complete leveling jack system was replaced in 09/2015 as there was a recall on the origianl system. An in-motion weingard road trip sat. dish allows you to watch tv while traveling, this was new 05/2018 and can accomodate either directv or dish, currently set up for directv. Major maintenance includes:
06/20 - replaced all four house batteries
05/20 - put on lift and checked all suspension and brakes, all checked out ok
03/19 - chassis batteries replaced and complete transmission service, fluid and filters, installed airforce one towed vehicle braking system
01/19 - Captain chairs reupholstered, $1400
12/18 - Took coach to factory in Indiana and had all four slides maintained and adjusted, included replacing large weather seal on kitchen slide out and adjusting/replacing torque bushings. Had front and rear caps resealed. Total maintenance cost was $1800. Engine coolant system flushed and fluid replaced at 47K miles.
08/18 - TST tire pressure monitoring system installed with internal sensors, stays with coach
03/17 - all shocks replaced, Koni in the rear and Bilstein on front
All of this in additon to annual complete service of drive engine and generator. Generator has approximately 580 hours.
Airforece One braking system unit for tow vehicle can be included if wanted. Currently installed on Jeep Wrangler but is universal for all vehicles.
