Update:  This RV sale is on hold until the end of next week. We have learned that the sensor/switch for the lower step into RV is not working and an appointment has been made to have this issue resolved. 


YES, the mileage is correct. This is an EXCEPTIONAL value for a basically brand new RV.  Due to health issues beginning shortly after purchase this RV has never been used.  No one has slept in or used the bathroom.  It is in excellent condition. Accessories included are still in packaging.
Unfortunately ongoing health issues have made us decide to sell this now.
