• It's small. I think there are only 15 spaces here. Finding a lot in Los Angeles is HARD!

• Fully gated for security. You need a clicker to enter the community.

About the neighborhood

• We are situated on the edge between Inglewood and Hawthorne. 10 minutes to SpaceX, 10 minutes to LAX, 5 minutes to the new RAM's stadium.


• Gas station/ convenience store at the corner. 


• Within 5 minutes, you have Ralphs, Northgate, El Supero, 99 Cent Store, and more. Big Box Stores are within 10 minutes.
