This high-end, luxury trailer was purchased for 80K with all the extras from the dealer. It had one owner that recently passed away. It was stored for many years & I purchased it as a fixer upper project with the intention to rent it as an Airbnb & VRBO rental. Unfortunately, our son was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer & now we are moving. Completing the project will give you a trailer worth over double, my loss is your gain! This trailer is in good shape & has a lot of potential. This is a great deal & I know I could get a lot more if I had the time to sell it without the rush. Clean title in hand.
Highlights:
This trailer has a huge Whirlpool refrigerator, Frigidaire Dishwasher, Magic Chef Stove & Oven, even has a toaster under the top wall cabinets, Gevalia coffee maker, cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, storage containers. You get a bunch of household items and tools, too many to name. There are 2 big slide-outs, living room & bedroom. Beautiful china hutch & corner China cabinet, with collectibles. Tons of cabinets & storage all over, solid oak wood. Doors are also solid wood, amazing quality in this unit. Lots of mirrors & a full body mirror on the wood door in the bathroom. The floors are hard wood & they are solid, there are no squishy spots anywhere. You can jump in this thing & there is no give, seriously solid. It has a huge bathroom with a huge shower/tub. There is a laundry closet with washer & dryer hookup. The toilet has a water sprayer attached and has 2 big storage cabinets & a solid wood door. The bathroom has a solid real tile floor. The bedroom has tons of storage & a walk-around bed. The closet doors are full length mirrors. The trailer was also professionally treated for bugs, treatment lasts for 6 months.
So what is wrong with it?
There is water damage right by the entrance that is best seen behind the 1st kitchen cabinet & on the slide out. I can text pics. The wood just needs to be replaced. The roof needs to be sealed, replaced, or park unit under roof. Just depends on your use plan. The carpet has stains. 2 boxes of sticky tiles included free. Tires need to be replaced. I was going to put it on blocks to use it as a rental & save the money on the tires. Some of the exterior compartments need a new wood panel. The covers that get glued on top are in the trailer.
