Description

SOLD: Rare updated 1993 Safari Trek Pathmaker edition on an Isuzu NPR Turbodiesel chassis with only 74,000 miles. This coach was built with high quality and has been recently renovated. Runs and drives! Model 2400 (24ft). Patented “Majic bed” fully operational which gives a queen bed that lowers from the ceiling to allow for a spacious living floorplan. Special options include hydraulic leveling jacks, patio and window awnings, air horn, and a custom mural on the rear. Most maintenance records and owner’s manuals available. I spent the past few months renovating it, and have now decided to purchase a larger diesel pusher RV, so I will include 2 boxes of spare parts, tools, and brand new items that I had on my to-do list. See below for updates and additional info. I will upload more pictures soon.  $9,500
Exterior / mechanical updates:- Newly refinished roof, new tires, New chassis/coach batteries, New alternator w/ vacuum pump & belts, New load sensing proportioning valve, fluids flushed, new filters, New bathroom skylight, Propane generator runs perfectly, New inverter, new turn signal wiring.

Interior updates: New flooring, paint, memory foam mattress, smart tv w/wifi, Ceiling fabric, Kitchen cabinets, hardware, counters refinished, LED under-cabinet lighting, backsplash, tables refinished, Slip Covers, Fairly new electric/propane freezer/fridge, Roof air conditioner blows cold/heater hot.

New Items Included but not yet installed: LED ligh bulbs and wiring, new  touchscreen bluetooth radio, Vehicle tow system installed and in under-storage.

Items that may need addressing

  • Minor exhaust leak (not noticeable when driving)
  • Water system has a minor leak (water pump and water heater WORK!
  • Windshield wipers need adjustment (The wiper motor DOES WORK)
  • Dash A/C does not blow cold. I never checked into it (Blower motor DOES WORK)
  • Prior to my ownership, the unit did incur a water leak. I did not gut and replace the entire roof. I did replace the old/leaking skylight with a brand new one. I did not replace any filon or "decking" and the majority of my repairs were to stop/prevent leaks, and then cosmetic interior.
It is nice but still needs a lot of work and is priced accordingly. The motorhome runs and drives, and as stated I just enjoyed a 500 mile trip 2 weeks ago.
