Description

Professional Body Off Restoration.
New Dexter axel, brakes, shocks.
Body was polished to bright finish.
2 new 30# Worthington aluminum propane tanks and lines.
All new trailer wiring including breakaway switch.
New VTS LED running lights. Restored break and tail lights with LED bulbs.
New AGM battery with fusable link and battery disconnect switch.
New 3/4” marine plywood floor sealed on top and all edges with epoxy primer. Some interior underside areas were left unpainted so plywood can breathe.
Original Hehr windows were dismantled polished and reassembled with new gaskets, weatherstripping and VTS operating hardware.
New Fantastic fan, Dometic 12,000 btu air conditioner and VTS sky dome.
New VTS vent covers.
Interior body panels were removed, the framing was reinforced for the air conditioner and all exterior body seams were caulked inside with Tempro 635.
New Roxul insulation installed throughout.
Original fiberglass endcaps were reinstalled along with interior aluminum panels. interior was prepped, primed and and sprayed with Zolotone Illuminations.
Original kitchen and bath fixtures were repaired and restored using epoxy primer and two-part urethane marine finish similar to automotive paint. Bath ceiling and walls were painted with same.
Interior layout is original with some original cabinet framing painted and reused. All cabinetry is new 1/4" and 1/2” prefinished Maple cabinet grade plywood constructed similar to the light weight original cabinets.
The pull out gaucho was recreated and the original twin beds now turn into a king size bed when the table is lowered, all with new 5” foam and professionally sewn upholstery.
New lined period appropriate curtains and matching throw pillows.
Original lights and sconces restored with LED bulbs and new lenses.
New “boomerang” laminate countertops and aluminum trim.
New cork flooring.
New Progressive Dynamics converter. Wiring was replaced as necessary with new outlets including GFIs in bath and kitchen.
New Atwood 6 gal gas hot water tank.
New china bowl toilet.
All new pex and pvc plumbing. 
New 20 gal grey, black and fresh water tanks. 
New Atwood 3 burner gas cooktop with microwave below. New Suburban gas furnace.
New smoke, CO2 and propane detectors. New Norcold gas/electric refrigerator/freezer.
New Reese weight distribution hitch with Stoneguard/mudflap.
Tire pressure monitoring system.
Includes the original owner’s manual.
New Marti awning.
