What's SAFE for your family?  I was a 911 terrorism analyst on TV. I have been through multiple hurricanes when we lost power for days. Then my gut said "Get an RV." I had no idea at the time that COVID was coming. But it turns out that an RV is a safe haven in a pandemic and cheaper than hotels and restuarants for a couple or family. You have your own bed, bath, fridge and stove and can socially isolate yet get fresh air and safety. It doesn't get better than that at a time there are more people who need an RV then there are sweet late model ones available. If a hurricane knocks out power, the RV has a generator to keep you cool with A/C. This is one of the few cream puffs.

2016 Coachmen Freelander 20 CB Micro. Only 10,000 miles! I bought it for a mobile office and weekends and love its fuel economy and ease of parking in places bigger rigs can't go. 

It has a new 2020 air conditioner, backup camera, trailer hitch, one outside TV and stereo sound system, automatic awning, and two new 2020 inside Smart TV's, two new batteries under the stairs.  I also installed a digital heat thermostat which beats the old manual ones that are so inaccurate. It has a furrion plug for solar power so you can let the sun give you power if you boondock. I found it has as much storage as bigger units.

It has a super soft extra comfortable serta bed (double). Gets great mileage over 11 mpg.  It also has a bike rack on the back and if you want it a fancy sewer hose that will stretch over 20 foot yet compresses down small enough to store.  It's a great entry into the RV scene. This is the 350; I own a 150 Transit that has over 100,000 miles without seeing a mechanic so the motor will last.

It's the perfect mobile office or economical "getaway hotel/restaurant" for your family so you can take your bathroom and food with you to avoid COVID19 and restaurants and still get out of the house.  Perfect for couple or a couple small kids who want a safe getaway, economical that they can still park on the driveway, for a quick getaway!
