This Camper is in excellent Shape it has been Park on permanent site for 5 years. It's a smoke, Pet and child free Camper. We just had everything checked over by the company we purchased it from. Everything works. They complimented us on how well we took care of it. Holding tank, 10x 16 Deck, storage shed, wood shed. Out door lights and more go with it.
